Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please note orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping times
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Australia: 7-15 business days

United States: 7-15 business days

Rest of world: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or peak periods. As our products ship directly from our suppliers, some items in the same order may arrive separately.

Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Customs & duties
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delayed or lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at prevacore@gmail.com and we'll work with our shipping partner to resolve it — with a replacement or refund if needed.
